สวัสดีนะคะ วันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2553 หายไปหนึ่งสัปดาห์นะคะ สัปดาห์ที่แล้วเรามีผู้มาเยี่ยมเยี่ยน จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น JICA ในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรน้ำในภาคอีสานค่ะ ได้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานจากศูนย์สารสนเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน และสัปดาห์ที่แล้วได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับsoftware โดย SIPA ที่คนไทยเราพยายามพัฒนาให้ทดแทนsoftware ลิขสิทธ์ซึ่งคุณภาพใช้ได้ทดแทนกันพอสมควรค่ะ โชคดีที่คนไทยเรามีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สูงทั้งยังมีทรัพยากรภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมากมายหลากหลาย บางประเทศพื้นที่นิดเดียวเท่านั้นยังพยายามโหมนวัตกดรรมของตนเข้าสู่ตลาดโลกและตลาดทุนอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง เพือเรียกนักลงทุนเข้าประเทศตน เมื่อประเทศไทยของเราโชคดีอย่างนี้พยายามรักษาความเชื่อมั่นต่อเงินนอกประเทศที่จะมาช่วยรากหญ้าของเราอย่างสุดความสามารถนะคะ ประเทศน้อยๆบางประเทศแยกมาจากประเทศยักษ์ใหญ่ ก็ได้แรงงานจากประเทศไทยไปช่วยเศรษฐกิจนวัตกรรมเกี่ยวกับแรงงานและการช่างมากมายก็มีนะคะ สำหรับสัปดาห์นี้ความร้อนแรงยังคงมีต่อเนื่องนะคะ ช่วงนี้หากเราต้องการดับกระแสความร้อนแรงด้านอื่นๆ เน้นด้านเศรษฐกิจท่องเที่ยว เพื่อไห้พี่น้องชาวรากหญ้าของเราค้าขายคล่อง ผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนก็สามารถจัดแสดงสินค้าเดินสายกันไปนอกประเทศก็ได้ค่ะ ชาวพัฒนาชุมชนก็ทำงานเพื่อชุมชนอยู่เสมอค่ะ เช่นด้วยสภาธุรกิจไทย – ลาว ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม(สสว.) จัดทำโครงการ SMEs Capacity Building : Win for ASEAN Market เพื่อส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และ OTOP ของไทย โดยสนับสนุนให้ไปแสดงสินค้า ณ สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว อย่างนี้เป็นต้นนะคะซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่กระทรวงมหาดไทยและกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีการจัดประชุมระหว่างกันสำหรับไทยลาวเสมอค่ะ และร่วมมือด้านการท่องเที่ยวระหว่างไทยลาว ด้วยการเชื่อมโยงส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนเช่นยี่ห้อ OTOP เป็นตัวนำ ความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจระหว่างกัน รองรับการค้าเสรีอาเซี่ยน ความร่วมมือในระดับจังหวัดชายแดนเราก็คาดว่าจะมีการแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าและตลาดกัน มีการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมระหว่างกัน ความสัมพันธ์ระดับท้องถิ่นประดุจพี่น้อง สำหรับตลาดชายแดน ผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนยี่ห้อOTOP ชื่อเสียงโด่งดังกระทั่งUK ก็ต้องขอมาชมนะคะ ตามมาด้วยหอการค้าจากอินโดนีเซีย CSR DESA Oneนะคะ ยินดีต้อนรับ

Google quits censoring search in China

Google's decision to stop censoring search results in China may lead the Chinese government to block access to its sites.

(CNN) -- Google on Monday announced it has stopped censoring search results in China.

The announcement came amid speculation that the search giant would pull out of China entirely and sets up a showdown with the Communist leadership there.

In a 3:03 p.m. ET post on its official blog, Google said it stopped running the censored Google.cn service on Monday and was routing its Chinese users to an uncensored version of Google based in Hong Kong.

"We want as many people in the world as possible to have access to our services, including users in mainland China, yet the Chinese government has been crystal clear throughout our discussions that self-censorship is a non-negotiable legal requirement," said Senior Vice President David Drummond, Google's chief legal officer, on the blog.

Google hopes the move "will meaningfully increase access to information for people in China," Drummond wrote.

China's super-rich look for love online

Beijing, China (CNN) -- In China it can be hard for millionaires to find love. Just ask Xu Tianli.

"These people are very excellent themselves, which leads to their high standards for partners," Xu said. "And those who can meet those standards are few."

Xu is the founder of Golden Bachelor, an online dating site catering to an expanding class of super-wealthy Chinese singletons who have it all except for one thing: a bride.

So they pay, a lot, to find one. The Golden Bachelor "Diamond Love" membership goes for 300,000 Yuan ($44,000).

The Web site states in Chinese the qualifications for joining: a personal or family wealth of at least 2 million yuan ($292,000); a background that is extremely superior, wealthy and aristocratic; very good personal qualities or young, talented and beautiful.

"More and more Chinese people are finding love from Web sites," said Xu, 36. "The difference between us from other dating sites is we only focus on high-level clients -- those with a high social status or superior physical condition. We don't focus on the mass general public."

Golden Bachelor says it has 5 million registered members and employs psychologists and special matchmaking consultants to personally assist multi-millionaires in their pursuit of romance.
